AZ trip...

Lucky! I know why you didn't tell us,you'd have a list a mile long! Can you fit quarter panels in a carry on? :rolleyes:

Carry ons at capacity... even had to stop by goodwill to buy cheap parts luggage. I'm waiting on a delayed flight at the moment, but will share more soon. HVAP and DVAP don't seem to be related... The folks at HVAP were very nice, but no sales here. DVAP has a 75 Imperial they didn't seem to know was there. I'm bringing home a loaded booster, rear markers and rotors from that one... 2 free checked bags up to 70lbs is a dumb thing to offer some people.

Full flight. I hope you are in zone 1. With 2 70 lb bags, I suspect you are.

[QUOTE="live4theking,
Would someone explain to this whippersnapper the purpose of the circular area on the underside of the hood. Is it simply extra clearance for the air cleaner?[/QUOTE]

Yes.The hoods were becoming much lower for sleek styling reasons and clearance was an issue.

Man........ Would I love to have those front fenders.

Is Hidden Valley going to close down in the near future given that "available" sign out front?
I believe that is for the adjacent land... lots of development going on out there.

My first experience in 1st class... round trip non-stop flights for $650... I had to try it out... amazingly better than wedged in between a couple of fatties when the seat won't fit my big *** and the leg room is like the back seat of a Pinto...

I was tied up by family almost the entire time. I'm going to bed...

More...HVAP walk around... lots of great stuff here, they do have higher prices than the average DIY I am attracted to, but factor in labor and and impossible to find solid metal and they aren't really so bad.

BTW, the wagon was to see if Will had any needs or desires... we had a nice, catching up, phone conversation while I was there. IDK what kind of shipping the HVAP folks will provide, but we also have some members out there if you see something you must have, ask in open forum and they can PM you if they are willing to help.

I had so much family time and so little control over when I would get a break, I never did get to meet up with anyone. I also would have LOVED to get over to see Steve's herd, @saforwardlook , sorry... I just couldn't build the driving time into this trip.

BTW @sb61fury ... check the wagon at the start of this post if you're still looking for pieces too.

I liked their attempt to hold onto parts and keep them organized... I also walked in past Fords and a few IHC RV's
