A local high school has had a car show three years now where the students are the judges for trophy awards.
The weather was beautiful and brought out about 140 cars in our rural county!
The show organizer (a teacher) arranges with Hemmings staff to give the student judges guidelines on what to look for when judging cars.
It's great. The kids realize that they aren't knowledgeable enough to judge "best" in a given category. So, Hemmings suggests "favorites" in categories instead.
My 1963 Pacesetter convertible was the only Chrysler in the show. Sad.
But my car took home "Favorite Paint!"
There were lots of incredible cars lined up in the rows. My car sported FAR from the best paint job in the show.
But I think the kids really liked the color! Their favorite! So fun!

good way to involve the teenagers, they probably enjoyed it too, not to mention that they have good taste. Great story.
