Welp, went to look at one car tonight and may end up a package deal. The roof of shop had collapsed where several cars were parked. A z28 was crushed, a range rover had its windshield smashed, an olds toro was unharmed along with this 69 Imp. Being parked by a combine is what saved both cars.
A California blue plate car, with ATC I and has 67k on the clock.
It's been a long evening and sleep is calling. A few pics of the Imp. More on this later.

A much nicer day to look at cars, , The engine is locked up from its slumber since May of 1990. Its gonna take some mechanical work, but looks well worth the effort. I have a nice running 440 that was set aside for the 70 300, but it will be used for a quicker re start of the Imp.
Undercoated car kept the pans and quarters nice. I'm stoked to be it's new caretaker.

The Eagle has landed, still have a stuck drum that I plan on tackling this weekend. Made loading and unloading more interesting.:)

Traveling off of the beaten path sure is fun. Many have asked and been sent away according to the owner. He is getting older and has been contemplating getting rid of projects he knows hes not getting to, the 59s been there for 30 years now.
So far only one is coming home. While the car is sunk, the frame is still off the ground. The other is his daughter's 56 fjord and has sat with it's new engine for some time. I'm waiting on her word about that.

A few others in the trees, the 60s Chevy has a formerly hot 327 in it. The owner had some great stories of fun times in it.

It took a year or so , as the owner thought the car was worth more than my offer. The Toronado sat next to the Imperial in the building. Got it home a few weeks back, fired it up today, moved under it's own power first time in 25 years.

A few finds from a recent hunt. Bought a 72 barracuda from this guy 10 plus years ago, said hes getting out of cars. The private collection seems to have grown 10 fold. The A4 Fury is of interest as it looks like a silver interior. Several are coming home.
