Looks like an aftermarket piece to me... not 100%, but factory were an internal frame.

Welp, picked up the 05 5.9 24v. Got the head off to see this on #6, ohh well, it was free. Anyone have recommendations on a good machine shop in north mid west?
I haven't been to a junkyard once in 2017....you can bet that I'll be in one in 2018.

Came upon a 66 300 (silver w black int) rotted frame, picked up a decent grill, Complete AC dash with one crack, complete sure grip 8 3/4.
And then I opened the 66's trunk
. I have seen the post about how many are looking for these tail lights, so yes, they are for sale. The lens is orig mopar, right side, and is nice solid plastic. The mounting tab has a small chip at the edge, but no ring from where a screw would have been (possibly new) lens has minor scratching from what looks to be shelf ware. All of the tail lights have damage, but most have good lenses to offer. Unmarked small bills preferred.
And then I opened the 66's trunk

I need a good trunk lid & 1 piece of chrome somewhere is missing on mine. Maybe a good rear bumper. Maybe the distributor if it's a 383. That's all that comes to mind.

Ben you hit the jackpot with that find!! Well done! I am happy to say that I have two complete replacements ready to be installed now so I am off the market for the time being but spares are always welcome..

I think on the whole anyone into C's and FL's has that affliction. I do appreciate the classy looks of the 66, but 65's are still my favorite... one day

deck lid is rusted thru at the latch area, rear bumper is gone.
