Carb rebuilt, engine still hesitates.

I will suggest looking at how fast the vacuum is coming on at speed I think from recent experiences new and rebuilt dist. seem to have no tension on the spring in vacuum canister if timing set does not fix you issue try checking how far the vacuum timing is advancing. I had two of these problems in last couple of years car hesitates won't run smoothly cranked in some tension on spring in vac canister and both settled down. Starting point roughly 3 turns ccw seems to bring it in close. Put a 3/32nd Allen wrench in nipple hole and turn ccw

70 - I belive it's a 7/32 allen wrench. I like to start going clockwise until it
"clicks" once per turn, then test drive. If it surges or stutters, pull over, reinsert the allen wrench and go 2 turns counter clockwise, then test drive. If it still does it, go two more turns, etc.
