Thx Kenny. It was definitely an Imperial, I saw the crest emblem on the trunk, just wasn’t sure of the yr. we’ll soon find out though as the wiser ones see the picture.

Here's a good pic of a '71 John. Notice how the rear bumper goes upward at both ends almost like parentheses (______).

'69, '70 and '71 all had that look.

This 1964 Imperial showed up tonight at the local cruise-in. Had a long conversation w/ the owner. He may be willing to sell it to me. Very solid body, what's it worth.
