There are some adjustments on the glove box doors, on the hinge and also where the hinge attaches to the door itself.
Presuming you've already adjusted the striker on the IP so it does not take additional force to close it, but also not to rattle when closed? A bit of fancy lube on the latch tab itself? That's the easy part, to make sure it's closed and doesn't rattle on bumps. THEN getting the door better-aligned, that might take holding your mouth just right.
The center "coin tray/ash tray" can be a little different, due to the way they mount to the IP. Might be able to help the "not fully in" deal with some elective re-shaping of the slide-roller mechanism (which affects how far it will slide). If the basic support structure is not whopperjawed, then the only adjustments will be in the mechanisms attached to it. Sometimes, "selective re-forming" might be gently done.
Enjoy!
