Yes, 66. The front fender is a give-away. The radius of the front corner is considerably tighter on the 66 than the 65. The badging as well.

If that's the same car - and it looks it - it's been moved between picture taking. The CL ad has it with a fence in front, the EB ad has it with the fence behind. Also, one is Granada Hills, the other Lancaster.
If Lancaster, it's in the high desert so rust won't be an issue.
