Fall Fling This Weekend!

Leaving tomorrow morning to go to Fall Fling Mopar show in Van Nuys CA. Anybody else from here going?

I'm going and a couple of my friends from Germany (one is Carsten) will be out here to for the show. Not as big a show as it was once upon a time though. Would be nice to meet you if possible. Will you have a space there, a car to show or just to look around? I will just be looking this year but next year plan to have a car there, or Carsten will give me a really hard time!

I'll be there with my wife and a few of my Arizona buddies. Just looking. At Spring Fling we sell parts but in the fall we're just spectators. I'll pm you my cell # so maybe we can meet up.

I'd love to spend a summer on the "left" coast. Cruise the coast hwy and attend some of the shows out there.

About 2 1/2 years or 30 months....whatever sounds shorter. I'm looking forward to it. LOL!

Thats enough time to organize a SW US tour.
You might think about watching out for a small RV trailer. Jazebelle tows the pop up with no effort. From here we can follow rt 66 to San Diago and head north from there.....:eusa_think: .....

Was a great show as usual. Got to meet Steve and Alan and saw Carsten. Sorry I didn't get to talk to you Carsten. On the way home I stopped to visit Steve (saforwardlook) and see his impressive collection and facilities. Here are the pictures I took. Sorry about the last 4 or 5 being blurry. Not sure what happened but I think my camera is whacked. Enjoy the pics.

More Fall Fling Photos

A little bit late to the party, but here are a few more photos from the Fall Fling. Also got to meet Chris and Terri, his wife. Great people and full of vitality! Spent the day with Carsten Monday looking over all the metal out here at my place.

Just wanted to note that the tan 1958 New Yorker wagon in the photos Chris posted is owned and done by Per Blixt, Jay's chief body and paint guy. Very rare and well done car. Jay and his turbine car are also shown in next post.
