Having trouble finding a good site to decode fender tag on 66 300. Can anyone either share a link or help decipher this tag? Thanks.

It can be tough to decode the earlier cars. Most of the tag decoders (like the one listed in the above post) are aimed at later cars and it all doesn't jive.
