Yep. He acts like a capitalist in the sense that he prefers keeping the profits from exporting Russia's resources to himself and his oligarch buddies. I know Obama isn't exactly a brilliant leader, but Putin has even less going for him.

Free speech is being suppressed.
They can log every word you say or type. And they are working on the thinking.
They're banning in the Supreme Court all the things you used to be able to say. Merry Christmas for example.
Christians can't say a prayer before the high school football game but the game cannot interfere with Muslim sundown prayer.
