Holes in the floors, or in my head

I usta have to travel to the tank plant in detroit, or just north....tried to get the hard heads to come up with a new main battle tank that weighed in at less than 80 tons, and get lean like the russians. But, they just kept the path. And now, I am dealing with the myriad round holes in the floors, from the same guys. WTH over. What could you possibly need with so many large holes. Just ordered a kit to fill them, some will not be needed after floor metal replace. But, anyone figure what kinda drugs the boys were on?
