Another intriguing thing I looked into lately was what will eventually happen when all matter in the universe succumbs to entropy. Everything will decay eventually and fall apart. The sun will turn into a red giant, swallowing the inner planets up. It will then go supernova and its remnants will become a white dwarf. It and all surrounding matter that makes up the remainder of our solar system will probably be swallowed by a black hole and reduced to minute particles. Those particles will eventually decay down to the atom level, and the atoms will eventually decay into their parts. In the end, the universe will be nothing but protons and a few remnant subatomic particles.
How many protons make up the average C-body?
