Got some road centerline paint on a 2014 Honda CRV. I removed what I could using the "thumb-nail" method. What is the best way to remove the rest of it? Thanks in advance,
Tim

Best way to get rid of it: Buy a Dodge. :poke:
Just kidding! You can use Goo Off or denatured alcohol to get the job done.

Clay bar with a good lubricant like Meguirs detail spray.

I'd wash the car first with Dawn dishwash soap. Maybe wash the area two or three times and then use the clay bar.

Once you get it off, you'll end up using the clay bar on the whole car....

Is it possible its not paint, but rusting brake dust stuck to the paint. I had a white civic that I thought was rusting behind the wheels , but it turned out it was hot metallic brake dust sticking to the paint and then starting to rust
