I grew up here, right here. I have been on these roads many times before and I know of many I havent been on. Hell, theres many I dont know of. There was something about this morning and that was the lack of traffic, the open space, elbow room.
This Sunday will find me back on the road, early, as long as the weather is decent.

Just to clarify, the deer and the pooch are by my house, but the buffalo picture was 300+ miles west of me. There are also plenty of antelope out there.

As far as the Mopar event, it looks as if I've been holding one for years. What I need badly is a building. There used to be way more cars on my place than what you see in the the picture and 40 or so less at this point than in the picture. I would say 25 or more went to Moore's in Rapid City and he plays the whipped pup when he buys something and they evidently turn to gold in his possession.

Just be careful of what you are driving when you go there for parts. He likes to size your ability to pay for parts by what you drive. I overheard him on the two-way at the counter once "he pulled up here in a big motorhome - we should charge him at least ....." :eusa_naughty: Shoulda had an old beater.

My sister and her husband paid for a ride in a small plane and took the picture in '03 I believe.

The separate block of 40 some cars was mostly parts cars, and all but 4 of those are gone.

The cars that I listed were mostly nice project cars that should have been fixed, along with some decent drivers in the mix. Twelve out of that list went to Moores including the 2 formal New Yorkers and all but 1 of the '64 and older cars.

Nice pictures. I'm still searching for parts for my 78 NY'er wiper cam problem. Looks like I'll end up converting to an earlier cam setup.

BTW, the Mopar show at Carlisle is 82 acres. You have a super Mopar show potential. And...you have considerable amount of flat ground, half of Carlisle is on a hill, which really works on cardio. LOL!

I assume this is the nylon cam that parks your wipers?

Do you know any sources for an interchange manual to know if a Cordoba, St Regis, Magnum or Mirada may be the same cam/arm?

My mother had a St Regis and I think the cam came as one assembled piece with the one arm.

Have you searched for any NOS arm assemblies?

There is a pretty decent all Mopar show at Farmington MN (South of Minneapolis) on the first weekend in June every year.

I've been told that the wiper cam only interchanges with a 78 NY'er and a 78 Newport. The cam is part number 3799 183. Chrysler only sold it in a kit 3799 442 for a 2 speed intermittent kit, which consists of the cam, drag link, spring, and 2 other parts. The parts manual doesn't list individual part numbers of the parts in the kit. There's a another kit for a 2 speed non intermittent part number 3799 441. Don't know what the difference between the kits are since there are no part numbers listed for the parts in either kit. If you see a wiper motor part number 3799 307 with the wiper cam 3799183 still attached I'll buy the whole wiper motor. The cam 3799 183 is the center brown section in the photo's.
