I voted

In this case the defendant was seen on cctv entering ex-girlfriends car followed by five gun flashes then exiting car.
Pretty cut and dried really but all the forensic testimony was interesting.

Basically if the jury doesn't stay out long on a serious case and go over all the evidence it would be considered that they didn't do they're job properly and would be a basis for an appeal, especially if the defendant is black. It would be considered (an I'd be careful on my words here) that the jury had already made up it's mind before deliberations.

Get it?
I have to disagree with you on this one. I speak from experience, as I stated in an earlier post, I have served as a juror twice. In both cases I made my decision as the facts were presented. In the civil trial against the City of Chicago a woman tripped over a broken sidewalk and broke her wrist and arm. I made up mind on that one when it came out the city knew about it for five years and did not repair it. In the criminal case a pimp was arrested for beating one of his stable girls. Pretty cut and dried I think.

Soooooooo true....
PHX is no longer the murder capitol of the US,,
Chicago has taking over that boast..
"there was only 700 people shot this week end in Chicago"
We love seeing side articles as such....
I must've missed something but when was Phoenix the murder capitol of the USA? We have our share of big city crime but I've never heard that.
