Interior paint code, etc

The time has arrived to repaint my dash frame belonging to my '68 Fury and I have a couple questions:

1. I need a paint code for the dash paint for Trim code M5B, which translates to medium blue I believe. It closely approximates the code Q exterior paint.

2. Along that same line, I need the proper ratio of flattening agent when I have the paint mixed so that it duplicates the factory appearance.

I tried this with car and I didn't have much luck getting the correct paint (lacquer) mixed from the original formula. It was expensive ($75 for a pint) and the paint color was wrong. The flattening agent they use isn't available anymore.

The best bet is to take a sample (like an ashtray) to a really good paint shop and have them match it with their camera in a single stage paint and coat it with a flat clear.
