Thanks for the help y'all I figured out the problem, it was running too rich because whenever I started it I had to do so with the throddel wide open, and made a very costly mistake.... Let's just say I now truly appreciate working nuteral safety switches. But the fuel pump was over fueling the carb so I bought a Holley blue pump with a regulator and I'm running a return line back to the gas tank so I doesn't over fuel the carb anymore, I saw a guy do this to a Ford that had alot of the same problems im having and he swears by it
