Let's see some Wagons!

Update on wifey's wagon. Got it back. I had to do a little fine adjusting on the timing. It runs great. Smooth as silk. Now it looks like I might have to pull the radiator.

318 3 on the tree manual trans,factory radio delete,no power steering,no options,no nuthin'
But has a whole lot of character and get piles of attention.
Not a C,but I do use it for parts chasing for my 68 Newport and other C body member's cross border contra ban parts shopping,LOL!!

Radio delete, 3 on the column... my kind of car!

Here is my '77 Gran Fury 6 pass Wagon "Suburban". Canadian spec. 360 cid "LA" 2bbl . Chrysler built around 2000 of these. This one is kind of an odd duck ..... the floors are Rubber mat covered but the cargo area is carpeted. It had a few issues with the rust worm (Rust blasts around the weld studs for the side molding) So I freshened it up a bit. The rear tires were a bit of an effort ....I bought two new Optimo H724 tires for the whitewall. I had just dropped off a set of rims at the tire shop. I picked them up just before closing & guess what the tire installer did..... Yep, he installed the tires with the whitewall in!! It was Friday so I took the tires and installed them anyway. I had them corrected after I finished painting .... free of charge!

Question, what should a running and driving Royal Monaco Brougham wagon go for today? 400 big block and trans are original matching numbers. From what I can tell the interior looks to be a little ruff. Repainted but not the original color and removed the wood paneling (I think). The current owner has added quite a bit of "personal touches" inside and out, too.

I've noticed that C-body prices are going up. And apparently I have been to conservative in my views on their value. I personally believe the owner is still dreaming, but looking for others opinions.

:thankyou:

Well I would have to say that prices have started to surprise me as well ...I've seen a few with prices
nosing 20 thousand , which I think is just greed, but when you consider how many are left and now that people are looking for them , even rough drivers could possibly fetch 8 to 10 thousand. The full dressers with woodgrain intact.... Good trim and nothing for rust , interiors in good to excellent condition , and solid unmolested drivetrains could fetch whatever the owner wants to sell it for , if he has the right buyer... In short at present, a predicable price schedule for these cars does not exist ... try to negotiate the best deal you can.

I couldn't agree more, mopar has the most beautiful wagons in 67/68 in my opinion in the C body group. They are all fantastic but I sure do love my fury's.

My 76 Monaco wagon I owned a few years back, I was the second owner of it.
Sold it to a dealer in Germany and he sold did for a hefty price

Nice wagon! i'm located in The Netherlands never saw this advertised on Mobile.de or so.
Mopar is like Gold pressed latium here in Europe.
I haven't checked what cars go for nowadays but sometimes i think you Americans sell them way to cheap

77 Royal Monaco my great uncle bought new and took many road trips in. I still have the Sears Cargo topper sitting on top of the old 73 T&C collecting dust. Really special car to me. All original all stock other than the Cragers. I also have a 75 T&C with a 440 he had. He loved his 70's wagons. He would often describe this one as the last of the big wagons.
