Life has been rough for me

Life has been rough for me and picking right up.First my father passed away from lung cancer last month,smoked a lot and regreted doing it.Then on the 31st,a change in my life happened.I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in my right hand and I have to live with it the rest of my life.Good thing is I am keeping it under control now with medication and changes in my eating habits.I knew I was at risk,my mother has it too through family history.I know it sucks and life is not perfect.

Sorry to hear about that, I hope the meds keep it manageable. Do you still have the salvage yard?

Wish you the best with that, I know it can be not very fun with some people, but I have heard that they have made significant strides in treating it.

The specialist told me to cut out anything with gluton in it and I did.This helps with controling the RA and I noticed right away.I still own the auto salvage yard,my father and I signed papers about 5 years ago I take over the day he went or retires through a lawyer.We owned a towing yard also and I still own this too with a new co owner,my husband Troy.My mother is doing great moving on since my father passed away.I still have her around,she makes out the pay checks each week.

Sounds like several silver linings you have going, focus on those. Where in MI are you?

So far I am not letting the Rheumatoid Arthritis holding me back.I do my normal things,going to yard sales,storage locker auctions,racing and buying junk cars for parts and crush

Condolences wrt your Dad. Lost my Dad back in 06 and as the saying goes you don't know what you have until its gone. My mother has had arthritis for 30 years and swears by Glucosomine.
