Welcome Dale, various members from various sites are all over the Net, FCBO is no exception. The difference is the management, you'll find it "loose" around here

Well the same NO .. LOL. I haven't been on FABO hardly at all, but on FBBO yes the members also self regulate. We stay fairly rigidly on topic at FBBO for the most part (I'm one who get's off topic a little and there are others), no personal attacks, or very rarely where it's dealt with swiftly. There is not nearly as much bantering or
over there. Not saying there are personal attacks here either .. the main difference is the conversations that go on here, which is one of the main reasons i like it here .. the small family atmosphere and family members jokingly picking at one another in a good natured way. It happens at FBBO also but not like or to the extent here .. i like it here and enjoy the vibe on this site. It's different here in a more small town way like the local hot rodder shop, NAPA store, a garage, hang out, etc site.Hopefully that was coherent and made sense as I intended it too
BTW Matt ever since you got the new avatar .. I keep thinking of an older more laid back (best I could come up with) Tpod

I like that atmosphere that's why I'm here, I had a chance to work in a Dealership (10 bays, 6 techs, a service manager, and a service writer), I chose a small Independent shop (me, my boss, and my co-worker), I know everyone I work with, been to their kids birthdays, had them over for barbeque's, bigger isn't always better, just like this site,
We like our cars big and our conversations bigger!

Cur-Few? I'm not familiar with this, my parents know I don't make stupid decisions if I can help it, as dad always said, if what your doing ends up with something that breathes or eats it's on you, if it burns rubber or gas bring it home.
