17" was the daily total. At my place we had between 13" and 19" a day for 6 days. Both airports closed and my flight back to USA cancelled. I finially got out but it was -4 F with about 3/4 inch of ice on the road to the airport at 2 am. Them the f ing passport control guy held me for an hour and a half because he said the stitching on my passport looked like it had been tampered with. It was just a gotch' ya.

That "clears" things up a bit. 13 to 19" for six days is not lightweight!
