WD-40 was not made to be a rusty bolt/nut remover. It's a lubricant.

Wd40 is not really a lubricant it's water displacement hence WD and 40 is the formula

PB Blaster is good and inexpensive, I still keep it around and it’s great for soaking things down the night before you disassemble. Kroil is THE best when you need it apart NOW!

I’ll have to get some. Yeah I presoak with PB but that’s not always convenient.

My only use for WD40 is as starting fluid for 2 cycle engines.
PB Blaster has worked well for me every time. The key is dwell time. Usually overnight is all I needed.

I had a can of some factory Rotunda Ford spray that was the best in loosening bolts.
I will try aerokroil. You can't buy it in stores?

Every bit as good and maybe better. Already in a convenient applicator.

The acetone will dissolve plastic
I bought an old fashioned all steel oil can to store my 50/50.
