Cut and polished now.....
Front cap with drivers side in background. Top looks great with the new paint.
Hood on and looking like a mirror..... look at the reflection. Way to go guys!
3/4 front. looking shiny!
Tail light and trim detail of body line rehab.
Rear bumper cleaned up and installed. Left the sticker for FCBO on.
I really love how the color changes as you go down and highlights the sculptural lines on the body.
My kitchen ceiling... rehab of house also kept me away from shop on Saturday as I was out getting materials to complete drywall work for ceilings.

More.... some details
New dryer went in before paint and system was vacuumed down to test and given a shot of good old R12 to hold a little pressure and keep things dry. Unfortunately, it was a victim of the polishing compound.
Decided to epoxy the screws back I. When I assemble it. Should be fine.
View from backside of hood to see reflection of doorway.
Final wax started. That’s Nestor Díaz.... the man of the hour. He was literally running from back to front to get the streak free silver on right
Front fillers ready to go on.

Weren't you supposed to install a Salon rear window plug??
I did.... with the new top about a year ago.
you can see it in the rear view above...
You can also see it from the inside here but it’s a little dark.

Beautiful car. Looks like the one I'm working on, minus the sun roof. Congrats.
Javier, Let me know how you plan on doing this. Will you drill out the fiberglass and then epoxy in a long stud, or try to use the factory stud that has the screw end and the machine screw end? Almost all of these screws have the nuts rusted on them, so they have backed out of the fiberglass. I am not sure very many will be reuable.
What are the chances that you bring it to Carlie in July so we can all see this beautiful Formal?
