thats cool looking , its in the states i'd be very tempted to go see it at least , of course i'd bring my trailer along , just on the chance i bought it , lol .

It was nicely done... but there is no way in my mind a factory "concept" would use those hinges on the tailgate...

I would think the seller is stretching the truth a bit on the concept car angle if it was built as a funeral home flower car. I would guess a coach works that builds hearse's built it.

I've seen a few of these getting around over here. Back in the day when utes weren't so readily available people just made their own out of just about anything. Handy for moving the sheep around you see

Pretty cool either way! I'd slap a topper on it and haul my paint equipment! Ladder rack on top and I'm gone!!
Both the Dodge and the Plymouth versions shown in this thread have Desoto Firesweep front ends. Only the Firesweep model in the Desoto line was built on the shorter Dodge/Plymouth chassis, while the Firedome and Fireflite were made on the longer Chrysler chassis. That is why the front end from a Desoto will fit on the Dodge and Plymouth chassis' shown in this thread. So surely not a Chrysler concept.
Both are very cool Forward Look cars.
