The fuel line part that is in the rail is their any way to remove it ? I removed the portion under the car but that last part inside the rail i fear may be cracked and leaking because their is a slight puddle right where it comes out into the engine bay (68 fury 3 fast top)

Yes. It feeds thru the frame from the rear. Disconnect the hoses from both ends, and you will see the retaining clamp at the rear. Some vehicles also use a clamp for the front portion where the line exits the frame. Tie a piece of wire to the line before you remove it, this will help you fish the new line back in place.
