Plastic repair

I have torn the interior out of my 67 fury wagon and the rear large plastic cover opposite of the spare tire is pretty bad. Any of you guys have pointers on repairing cracks and broken parts? Or should I just look for another piece?
Does anyone have one for sale?

Depending on the type of plastic, I have had good luck melting it back together with soldering gun

I just had a similar question. Here is some great advice guys gave me. What type of plastic was used in our cars?

The ones in my 66 wagon are beyond repair. I was going to experiment with wrapping them in a heavily padded vinyl since there's trim pieces to hide the edges.
