Proper torque????

I have a new set of hooker headers for my 68 Monaco 440 and plan on using the studs that are currently in the 906 heads.
I don't want to chance snapping any off in the head or anything like that.
My question is, What psi should i torque the new grade 8 nut and lock washer to on the old grade 5 stud?
