Redeye Widebody

The metrics showed up to Mopars at the Slope, an informal car show at my buddies farm. I met them at the road that leads to the farm, and led them in.

One of the black Chargers was owned by a guy who brought his Trans Am and a 53 Chevy, (there was also another t/a and an Oldsmobile 442), but he did as he was told, and did a smokey burnout when he arrived. That car was nothing to sneeze at, and he smoked his brother and his SRT Challenger.

They showed up to have fun, they did a fair amount of racing, and most of them left black marks on the road when they left. No complaining about the price of their tires, they lit them up!

That is one of those things that annoys the crap out of me.

The ball stud Hemi should have never been modified. It should have stayed exactly as the factory built it. It's a piece of history.

Then I didn't realize that it had been installed in Tom Hoover's Barracuda. A really special car that lost the small block that Hoover built (maybe it was already gone) and now has this ball stud Hemi in it. More lost history.

Jeezes H. Murphy... That car is really bad ***.:wideyed:

I find it amazing that this current generation car has real staying power in its design. Amazing. Dodge certainly hit a home run back in 2011.
