So it holds the moisture under the pad?
i watched the Moisture test video on this product because i was curious about its properties, it turns out yes it is an absorbent material but that when it does absorb moisture it protects the surfaces above and below it from moisture contact and the moisture trapped in the material will evaporate over time without coming into contact with the said surfaces. Interesting product and certainly worth checking out for use as underlay and maybe even as a gas tank pad too.
