Thanks. of all Joey's forums this one seems to be the most liberal with the mods, so I'm surprised if a post was deleted because a slight infraction of the rules. Plenty of posts out there with no price or "make an offer". They are quickly called out and corrected by the members. FEBO and FBBO it seems like you can get banned if you simply add a comment to a For Sale ad.
