The Comfort Tour

No B.S., Paul Revere actually lived here and the house was already old when he bought it!

Tourist.... :poke:

:p

Actually, in a perfect world, you would have spent at least a week in the Boston area and I would have been your guide.

Maybe you can show me the true and beautiful side of Detroit some day.
I could eat in the north end for at least a week and not get enough I think.

Maybe a ticket on top of the "Green Monster" a dog and a couple of beers? Sounds a lot better than a cannoli. Imho... of course I'm on a diet. HA

These are of the house, will be in no particular order and likely sporadic depending on wifi. I've got some cleaning to do before taking more pics. I did the kitchen, cherry paneling, a lot of work on the long deck in front including the railing and had my hands on many other projects during construction of this house.

That my friend is an architectural design element, eye candy and nothing more. Here's the main detail like that on the other side of the house.

We'll be here another week. I think we're going to Woodstock today and do some hiking.

That house is awesome! Congratulations especially for the tasteful interior - I like ever single piece of it: Speakers, the Helmet, windows, lamps...it would have been easy to put an Eames chair in the living room and two Bauhaus Barcelona nearby, but your choice was way better. All in all a fine piece of art!

Does somebody live there or is a Bed & Breakfast or rent it for a week type of place?

Have you travelled through the Niagara area?
We did Niagara Falls on the way home from Carlisle a couple of years ago and went over the Queenstown/Lewiston bridge on the way here but were to anxious to get here to make any stops.
Not sure about the way home yet.
