The Servprolara

That's because it's right behind you :poke:, but louder is better. In my opinion it should go behind the rear tires and to the side.
This is how the car came to me.

Everyone said not to deviate from the Servpros true form, so when it was time for new pipes I went with how it was prior to the new engine, just dual side exits vs the as delivered (to me) single side exit.

Are you gonna keep the original engine, that way if you ever sell the car you will have it to go with it?

Its kinda loud
Simple solution...

SOOooo Cool
I saw the Servprolara got some love in today's Mopar Connection Magazine article about the Belvidere, IL show. Check out the last paragraph and accompanying picture.

Found this changing my seat on the show field at Carlisle. Forgot all about it.

where did you find your build sheet?

Time flys!!!

Where to begin...The 5.2 Magnum has powered the Servpro reliably since installation. I hardly have to open the hood anymore except to check the fluids on occasion.

Last summer before the C body show I swapped the original destroyed dash with a NICE original non AC pad. I repainted the dash frame and went thru the cluster changing bulbs before reinstalling the entire dash. I also added bucket seats from a 69 Monaco being parted at French Lake auto parts in MN. I had @LocuMob scoop them up for me. What a great pal he is... I even managed to find seat covers that match what the backseat had when it arrived. Again, making sure to keep the original spirit of this gem intact.

I took 3rd Place at the 2022 Belvidere happening with the Wagon.

Other than fair weather use, the servpro hasn't seen much action until recently. When I'm not working on @ayilar 's fleet, I do tinker with my own stuff believe it or not.

I was sick of how worn and faded the interior was looking, an unknown source of never ending dirt/mud making it impossible to keep clean. It was time to dig in to the rear of the wagon and get to the bottom of things...

When I pulled the plastics and seats out, I found a BUNCH of dirt behind all the panels. From living with its rear window down at that little airport in Salmon? Who knows. I pulled everything out and got out the pressure washer, and got to cleaning.

Before...

After some time with the pressure washer, I was satisfied with the results...

Very minimal cancer in the spare tire well.

I only had to replace one damaged panel and dyed all 4 with SEM

Now for the fun part. Cleaning and prepping the metal folding parts for paint. I wanted to use something heavy duty to avoid chips and scratches, I picked a duplicolor high build fleet coating in semi gloss. Seems to be slow drying but I am satisfied with the results so far...

While I was back there...the giant dent in the tailgate was staring at me and I decided to attempt to get it pulled out. I had to be careful as I didnt want to hurt the paint. I pulled the tail light to have a way to get at the inside of the gate. I removed the E from the Dodge lettering. I then used my slide hammer and gave it a few pulls. Heard a big pop and this is the result. Far from perfect, but much much less of an eye sore.

Next up, after sharing my dent "repair" with @ayilar he mentioned the servpro logo was looking more worn than normal. This logo has always looked burnt and faded worse than the doors. I decided to gamble...

I took some orange Testors model paint, ya know in the little jars? I smeared a little in one spot, then quickly wiped it off with a rag that had some carb cleaner on it, instantly regretting touching it with the paint...the result of my "mistake" was too good to be true. I taped it off and carefully smeared and wiped until I was happy. I then took 1500 grit and wet sanded over it to help make it look worn...the results are excellent imo...

This is where we stand at the moment. I have a few more things I need to repaint before everything can go back in. Lots of chynamat sound deadening to install yet, I also have new carpet from ACC and I have ordered a new headliner from REM in PA.

Stay tuned.

Those bucket seats are very hard to find............I ended up buying a 69 Monaco parts car just to get a set of those for the 69 Monaco coupe I want to restore some day.............................great score!!

Yes as soon as I found them, I had Scott promptly go grab them up for me. The passenger seat reclines!

That's right. Ida still done it.
I know. But it just would take away from the overall appearance of the car IMO. That dent is part of its history, and some have told me I should have left it alone *cough cough* @LocuMob

The car has a bumper hitch and the dent is right in line with the hitch...if I had to guess the door wasn't shut all the way and someone took off and the gate swung open and slammed into the trailer jack.
