Took a short side trip, from a longer trip, this weekend and ended up at the Wellborn Auto Museum in Alexander City, AL.

Lots of high-quality Mopar B and E bodies. Presented in the way the would have been shown at dealerships in the 60's and 70's.

Neat place to visit if you are ever in the area. Worth a short drive if you go to Talladega or Barber Motor Sports Park in Birmingham.
They had several 440s and factory Hemi cars on display, with all of the paperwork. You can get very close. Like stick your head under the hood or probably inside the driver's window, if you want to. I didn't push it. Was happy to be two ft. away.
In addition to many Chargers from different years, a few 'Cudas, and a Challenger convertible, they had two Dodge Daytonas and one Plymouth Superbird on display. They had two factory "cut away" Hemis, which must have been special dealer items? Had never seen one before. Plus lots of Mopar-related memorabilia they have collected.
Alas, didn't see a single C body on the premises!
But, I will post some pictures I took later, anyway, in case some one is interested.
