While I have no doubt you've mastered the internet, your posts here suggest "How to tow safely" would not be found in your history or favorites list.

And I will also bet he ran while holding scissors and I know damn well he doesn't look both way before crossing the street every time....
OMG.... And he is still alive... Wadda ya know....

I ended up towing my 300F to its last meet due to last minute fuel system problems. I went to the U haul office and was honest about what I was going to tow with their trailer (I was concerned about liability issues if any gawkers on the freeway were distracted and caused a problem that resulted in an accident) and they looked up the car in their applications book and it said it was a go if my tow vehicle met their requirements. The tow vehicle was a new Jeep Grand Cherokee trail hawk and they said it would be acceptable with that vehicle. So we used their trailer and it worked fine and it was all legit.

Winston on the left, and Romeo on the right. Great travel companions, they behaved very well.

I rented a truck and a U-Haul trailer, and the wagon towed like crap from Idaho all they way to eastern Wyoming, then it settled down a bit, and I was able to go faster than 65. Glad I've towed with these U-Haul trailers before, or I'd have had such a deep pucker, I'd have sucked the seat cover in!

If you can't tow 5-7K and not even know you're towing something you have the wrong equipment.
Ignorance of towing safety is no excuse.

Yep, that's a summary of the trip. The wagon was towed safely.

Car started up in the cold with relative ease. Turned it around when making room.
