12-18" of snow predicted in S/E Wisconsin beginning Sunday night and ending Monday night followed by -25 below zero or worse. The last time it got that cold was 1982. I was attending Police Science in Appleton WI. driving my first '79 Dodge Magnum GT. I put a blanket over the motor to keep it warm.

I wonder if those Indy pics were the blizzard of 1978. I remember a picture of a Beaver Dam Police car in the County. The snow drifts were up to 20 foot plus high. The big Oshkosh plows had a large snowblower on front and could only carve out a tunnel. Hence the squad ('77 Pontiac Lemans) was inside the tunnel.

The weatherman is saying only 5-8" for us on Monday, but the temps are going to go down by Wednesday to close to 0 for a daytime high.

Down the street...in the 7 years that I've been aware of it, I've never seen it move.

It's actually a nice looking Cobra GT...a couple years ago the tarp blew off and I snapped a picture.
I think it's on my computer somewhere...

A photo from a few years ago. This was the ACR Neon that my sons and I did some auto crossing in. It's on a trailer.

Another from a few years ago. Walking one of my Great Danes in the snow.
