I'm guessing your refering to barrel clips ....? They press into a hole and allow the installation of blind hole trim and emblems....
Try Au-Ve-Co ..... they have them in various sizes...

Be careful when installing them, and the emblems they hold..... It's easy to "dimple" the sheet metal if you "hit" them in place, or push to hard.
