On a home pc running chrome, just reran malwarebytes and avg scans with no change. Been slow for me mostly when loading anything, usually shows at the bottom of the screen "establishing a secure connection"

Maybe there is a router somewhere in the pipe that is engaged in a lot of error recovery.

Moderate to slow on PC Right Now. Google Chrome. Has been slower this past week.
