Those late model Charger pickups are a kit you get from Smyth. They also build kits for VW Beetle and Jetta. Nice quality DIY kit, very reasonably priced. Priced from $2990 to $3290 for '05-'10 Charger. There is a slick Jetta local to me, done this way.
