Scott had them redo the one from his 65 300 (the beautiful car at the beginning of the home page here) since they were the only real option at the time if you did not have access to a nice original one. While he was fine with it, he did have an issue with it bubbling up in the heat in at least one place, and while he was satisfied with the pad overall I believe, I would not have been because all the character lines were very faint and it looked puffy compared to an original one, because like I said, they just repair the cracks in your dash that you send in and then recover it with a new vinyl faced thin foam backing. I talked to them at the Spring Fling out here in Southern California a couple of times over the years, and that is what they told me they do. Maybe Scott can shed more light. I have never seen a pad they do that I liked, even their examples that they displayed at the Spring Fling's each year. Maybe I am too picky though. I Just like my pad to look like the crisp original ones, since on a restored car, when driving it, I am looking at the pad all the time, and a really nice pad makes the interior to my eyes.
When Bob Baker is reproducing crisp new molded pads using your frame, and his price is almost half of Just Dashes, I can not fathom why anyone would not just go with Bob's pads?
