What is the difference between a SFGT and a S23?

Do you think we'll see at least one at Carlisle since the theme is the C-Body's this year?

One of these days (maybe) someone will either show up at Carlisle or on EBay/CL with a 6 bbl completely original with 219 miles on it. LOL!

Is there any other fun facts about these super rare cars that we haven't talked about?

I would appreciate a refresher on how they were actually VINned and coded on the tags.

For 1970:

Does a S/23 car have a PH23 VIN and the A51 package coded on the tag?
Does a SFGT have a PH23 VIN and the A52 package coded on the tag?

For 1971:

Does a SFGT have a PP23 VIN?

Could be possible....C-Body's headlining the Carlisle show.

I dont see them headlining the show Bob. To this point I havent seen or heard anything from Ed regarding the C's. Whats their plan? Any particular feature? Will they shove us around the Grandstands? Center us near the Manufactyres Midway? Or really make a big fuss? Will they just do the C's or will they take "all full size Chryslers"?
Generally they do a great job of promoting and showcasing. I havent seen anything on this other than whats on their web site and Im a bit nervous. If its done poorly it could be another black eye on Cs . OR if done well it could truly make them shine......we'll see

You're probably right....we'll probably get our usual spot on the showfield and maybe a banner or a placard at a gate.

MCG will do a cover story on the C's being featured at Carlisle and all the pics will be of 1962 Resto mods.
