A '76 2-door NY with a 4-speed.

23 spline spline outta 66 C-body.
Sold it beause my current NYB which had been my first choice since day one came along at a killer price. Had to buy it. Once here, something had to go.

I remember the pain when you sold it....offered it to us first.

Holy crap. There's TWO of them. Stop them before they start to breed.

If I put a speeder in one it would not be for a while. Jeff I'm not sure what year it is, a friend of mine told me where it was sitting and it took a while to find so it still moves, already has a antique title so that $100 savings. I have to go back and see if it is even for sale.
Good luck... I hope you can get it.

I bet they saw a picture of your NY'er after the black scoops were added....

I kicked around the idea of a Hemi hood scoop for my 65 Fury.I decided against it, and am going to go with a twin snorkel and pick up air through the core support.
I read somewhere that at XXX miles per hour, the drag from the big scoop was around 35 HP. If they made a a fiberglass hood for a 65 it would be a different story.
Twin non functional hood scoops for looks? Fail.

I think certain Slabs can get away with a Max Wedge type of scoop.
I said "certain". As in NOT in a Plymouth VIP 4 dr sedan...

Please notice that I did not say Fury VIP... :D

I haven't gone away just lurking in the shadows. I had the scopes painted white because the black was just to much. I would have kept her if I had more space to store it. The car was sold to someone in Min. and they rebuilt the 4 speed and had it on ebay. The bid reach just over 8k for it but it didn't sell.

Yep Rush you are correct. It is, or was in Brainerd Mn. I looked at a 73 Road Runner the guy had for sale. The Runner was a pile as well as his 68 Cuda drag car. He did tell me about his 4 speed C body but it was not at his home as it was in storage for the winter. I will have to see if its still at his house this summer as its on the way to our family cabin.
