This is the dealer in Compton California where my Grandparents purchased new the 1967 Barracuda that I now own.

The dealer moved to Lakewood in the late 60's then later to Ceritos.
They are no longer in bushiness (at least not under the Moothart name)
This building was recently torn down.

I looked for quite some time for a recent picture somebody had posted of this dealer location but could bot find it.

Although not from the same angle I took this picture in 2012, you can see the wall that once held the sign.
Shortly after this picture was taken the building was torn down.

You may be right.
But it still was a dumb way of saying that. He left himself open to criticism from an old fart 52 years later.

Judging by the size of the dealership, I'm guessing that's the used car lot.

There is what looks like a new Plymouth 4 door hardtop in the showroom. The ones outside are all 1957 models - Plymouth, Chevrolet and Ford.

So those cars could be brand new - maybe a "try all three and decide" promotion?
