Carlisle Events Lakeland show...

Doba... I thought of you too...

Washed out in the sun, say "less than $5000"

I even had my 37 in 1 Walmart screw driver in the trunk of the NYB...

But I don't think they would have survived the procedure... I should have lifted Rip's when I had the chance...
PB120217.JPG

The real tragedy of this car... the owner apparently thinks it's a Dodge...

I like this one

Me too... shame they were towards the end of Studebaker's history... Viv was a big fan too.
Good effort, thanks for taking the time to post those beauties
I know what a PITA it is to group, sort, and upload a ton of show pics. Great job. Thanks for sharing.
Truth is I didn't sort much... just pretty much as they appeared on the camera... I did have to filter out some that were crappy... Thanks guys... I usually don't take that many pics, but now that someone wants to see them, it isn't so hard.

Adding a few airplane pics... sorry I didn't do better with these... and I couldn't tell you what they are...

It is Florida... These were for sale all over the place...

This was neat

Useful C body stuff or even much Mopar stuff was scarce... I shoulda known it would all be cheap chevy and aftermarket crap by the beer quality this man had...
PB120032.JPG

Mopar stuff... slight worn and removed with a claw hammer...

I don't know if I will ever get this deep into a project... but it is nice to know they are only a small trip away... I can't imagine the guy's who have had to ship out of state for this service. BTW, at least from highway 17, you might not even know you passed through Wauchula if you're not paying attention...

Another of Stan's favorites...
Kind makes me want to hang an old CD from the NYB rearview to make it "period correct" for late 80's/early 90's cruising... JK, I can't stand anything in my line of vision.

Nice pics Jeff and not one of the showfield itself!

There are a few show field pics in there... The field was 3 rows of cars... we parked at the bottom by the "wall of death" folks and the top was the TC crowd... a few vans and a row of Comutacars... just a mix of whatever else... This place is NOT like PA at all, fully a retail event.

Viv got pics with the other camera, but I can't get them to load right now... I will have her fool with it when she gets home.

If that burnt orange cart would have come with a White seat Dave would be all over it. :D

That black 67 Skylark GS is my favorite for now, for just haing all the right ingredients down to the dogdishes and redlines and being a rather uncommon sight compared to other hi-po cars of that era.

What I meant was that there are none of the grass.

I see you took a few lessons from Stormer. :D
No lessons required... whatever I did wrong was pure natural talent...

if I did anything right it was probably the camera's doing...
