This really isn’t bothering me that it’s being offered for sale, it’s a harmless document with some interesting info on it. Kind of a neat little snapshot of the past and could be a wallhanger in the garage or office. I have no interest in it and also have no comment on the price.

I saw a '65 300 non letter 4 speed in Hackettstown NJ 20 years ago. Power steering, power brakes, and radio delete, wish I inquired about it but had to many cars at the time. Need resto but complete, haven't seen it since.

A '65 300L 4 speed sold at auction back in December. Same auction that the "Flying Whale" got picked up by a lucky member here.

Did the "Flying Whale" come out of Minnesota, or am I thinking of a different car? 69 Imperial coupe?

The "whale" is a built to the hilt '66 300. Fury GT is the lucky owner of it now. The car has a following.
The one I'm thinking of went over to Europe.

I know of the Whale, guess I haven't seen much of it.

I’m glad to drum up this much attention in the effort to see if this vehicle has survived. So please pass it along.
The well crafted responses, especially those pertaining to this vehicle or possible sighting are interesting. The price is arbitrary and anyone here, if they were honest, would give their left nut off their front wheel to recapture theirs.
So being whimsical, included is some “double sided” wall art that will need a new home soon.

If that car still exist and i found the owner i would give the invoice to him and not asking money , it would make me feel good!! (MHO).

I'm not going to bash haywire for this... if that was for my car, I'd be in negotiations right now.

On the other hand, I think there is only one likely buyer for it also...

Agreed.
IF the car still exits.
If the car still exists, and the owner wants it.
If the car still exists, and the owner wants it and sees an ad.
If the car still exists, and the owner wants it, and sees an ad, and doesn't choke on the $200.00 price tag.
To the other 99.9999% who see the ad.... 10 bucks, maybe.
I am a statistician.
But... Good luck with the sale.

I agree with all of that.
