If our friends up north start acting silly...

CBD's are great for aches and pains, and for those not looking to feel funny.

When I checked into the pain clinic yesterday, the lobby has a couple signs promoting cannabis for pain relief and I had to check a box saying that I was or wasn't interested on the paperwork. There's money to be made here, no doubt about it.

There's a real gray area about New York State pot use and if they will let you keep your CCW or not, so at present I decline. With the latest med's side effects, and ever increasing pain, I'm rethinking my decision.

Especially when the shops in the US get $30+/gm. That's like 20 Canadian, right?
I just did a little search for Canadian pot price and at this point it looks like about $7 CDN gram or about $5.40 US. The pricing model wants to be just low enough to kill the illegal market. Problem is a price war might force the legal guys out of business due to higher overheads. It will be interesting to watch this unfold.
:canada: Only n Canada!

That's $840 @ ounce, I don't think so when a oz. goes for around 300.

If you have a CCW or even guns for that matter, I wouldn't even try to get a card. You will be rejected, and may wind up on a watch list. Either get rid of the guns, or keep a very low profile and keep smokin illegally.

I dont think it would make much of a problem. America should legalize too...I look at it like this...most places you can go to a liquor store and buy as much booze as you want. You can go into any gas station and buy cigarettes. Both of those items are proven to be deadlier then "the devil's lettuce" so...why is it illegal again? I think if regulated correctly, it would boost jobs and taxable revenue, not to mention empty prisons of harmless potheads that got busted to make room for real criminals.

Legalized? NO, Decriminalized? Yes! There's a big difference between the two. Decriminalized you have control over the laws and who can get it, just like with alcohol. Alcohol isn't legal, it's decriminalized because only select people can purchase it. It's not that complicated.
