If our friends up north start acting silly...

I was under the assumption that pro-cannibas types were hyping CBDs as a way to get high.
A friend turned me on to some oil that has the THC taken out, as I suffer from back pain.
The stuff just plain works. I haven't slept a decent night in years until finding out about it.
They are are really good alternative to opioids.

And just to get the thread back on track.... a stoned beaver

CBD's are the non psychoactive component of weed that interacts with the body's endocannabinoid system, as you said, making you feel better. I've only tried the now legal hemp oil twice, but my body was so relaxed it was very soothing. Many ails benefit from CBD's.

I bought some the other day. The jury is still out if it is going to help or not. So far, I think it might be helping me sleep, but I'm on vacation in Hilton Head, so a true test won't come until I'm home.

One thing I'm hoping for is help with inflammation. That will help a lot of it does.

Inflamation, joint pain, and muscle aches are the main reason my lady friend started using CBD oil. I've advocated marijuana since I met her, and after ten years the hemp oil is now legal, so she tried it, after her doctor recommended it, and her sister. I hope it helps!

Legalized? NO, Decriminalized? Yes! There's a big difference between the two. Decriminalized you have control over the laws and who can get it, just like with alcohol. Alcohol isn't legal, it's decriminalized because only select people can purchase it. It's not that complicated.
Yes there IS a big difference between the two, but before you voice an opinion, it's best to understand what that difference is.

Decriminalized = Still illegal, but more like getting a speeding ticket. You (anyone) can be charged with possession etc, but it's no longer a criminal offense, just a civil offense. May be fined or go to court. Does not result in a criminal record upon conviction.
Legalized = legal for some people to possess and consume. The government can still make rules about who and under what circumstances. Similar to alcohol and tobacco.

What you are describing is the definition of "legalized" as it pertains to this issue. This is not simply my opinion; try googling the definitions.
