As I continue to clean up & un box parts. I needed some more shelves. Found some stuff I forgot I had. A lot of Ford stuff. 15 years ago I parted 2 72 Cougars. I also had a 68 T bird. So I found some stuff for those. Some old NOS Ford pistons. Model A I think. Some NOS Ford big block gaskets. 2 boxes of Moog NOS p/s hoses. A few boxes I haven’t opened yet.

I'm at that point where i'm going to inventory all the items in each box on a packing slip to keep with the box before taping shut

I have boxed and labeled all my spare parts. I also have a notebook with the "part number" I have assigned each item, with a description(new, used, condition etc) that way I dont have to dig into a box to know what's inside. If I use or sell something I record the date and where it went. No wondering......

I have a rear defogger floating around somewhere in one of my piles.

I spent a long time searching for a reverb set up, only to find once it had been delivered and (subesequently refurbished by my radio guy) that I had a whole other NOS setup in a box that I'd forgotten all about! :BangHead:

Yeah me too Ross....But I have known I had said part but for the life of me could not find it. Order a replacement after days of searching and sure as heck a month or two after I installed replacement part I find the one I knew I had....
