Impster - the big&white

The Sunny South Cruising was nice, though some streets were narrow and the line of cars was slow a few times.

Let´s see who´ll name this little black box.

It´s located onto the brake rotor dust/splash shield.

Nice pics! I respectfully submit that you need to start taking photos of your car in glamorous locations, where this fine piece of machinery belongs.

Wait for Friday. I try to avoid poles.

Yesterday was rainy, so no beauty shots.

Any way, the fender skirts are finally back on.

I know, the right skirt is not visible and there´s dirt in the pic.

This section of the roof rail seal was installed badly, so tomorrow realigning and regluing are on the to do -list.

So, what is the plan with wheel covers from 67`?

It´s unclear at the moment; they look superb, but are loud and the mounting tabs should be filed to make them sit better.

Maybe they´re back some day, maybe not.

The Safeguard Sentinel is completely functional!

I tested the headlight delay today, which does work as it is supposed to.

BTW, the MDH is 011014, so does that mean that the car has been finished at the factory on January 10 during the 14th hour?

Yesterday was nice to say the least. SpeedHooked in Porvoo held an open doors event from 4 pm onwards and from there I and passengers moved to the ``normal`` cruise-in place quite close to that big garage full of road track racers and sports cars. There was a surprisingly high number of vehicles out at the commonly used place.

Those flood lights are cool IMO.

Yesterday I attended to the monthly FHRA Cruise Pre-Party, from which I´ve got no pictures as almost the whole time was spent while speaking with other car nuts and I got a fifth wheel cover from a friend.

Today hours were spent at the Lahti model kit show and Mobilist Jamb-O-Ree.
A few guys organized some space, so I got Impster in front of the doors at the arrival. :)

This one (excuse the wrong order) is taken at the garage.

This one´s from the Jamb-O-Ree.

PS. the next cruise will beat the landmark of 5000km (about 3107 miles) for this summer. :steering:

You'd ask to see it, so here's a pic.

This is in a better condition than the ones on wheels.

Well, well...

On Saturday we were cruising in two C-bodies to get at the Lahti cruising. It was nice to chatter with other familiar hobbyists and drive two totally different Formal Chryslers.

Comparatively late that night @Finn Yorker and I were planning to drive the way back south together like we did arrive, but the water pump shaft of the older 440 gave up with a loud bang.
Thanks again for the help.

This water pump was not the lone fail; the fan hit to the dampener, but so lightly that it´s still useable.
