Good deal!!! And ...............a passenger side mirror

A valve job at 76K miles? No rust and it resides in Racine, WI.? It does look rust free though.

At that price, I would want to take a look at it - seems too good to be true.....................................

I had one identical to it back in the early '80s. Loved that car. As stated, looks clean and very well priced.

If anyone is seriously interested, let me know. I am 15 minutes from Racine, I could go look at it and take some better pics. I would have to pack a lot of heat if its in the city though, haha.

I have emailed them asking to see the car today, but have not received a reply.
Would be great if someone here got more eyes on it or picked it up. My email reply stated that the poster's dad bought it to restore and has now passed. There is some trouble getting it to start.

They got back to me after it was too late for me to run down. But, my son lives closer to them, and got there right at sunset. So he didn't try for any more pictures. The car has been sitting for about 8 years. It has some rust bubbles under the top, by the rear window. It appears to have been repainted once. The rear bumper is rusty above the exhaust pipe. The interior is very nice, with the exception of a nasty stain on the right side of the front seat.
In my son's opinion, I would not be happy without peeling the top to address the rust, a full repaint, re-chroming the rear bumper, add cleaning fuel system, plus the "standard" going over for safety. I'd be in too deep.
